Book Your Appointment

Download and open the Healow app, then search for your provider or practice using the practice code or name. Choose an available appointment time (in-person or virtual) and follow the prompts to schedule.

Complete Forms & Check In

A new patient? No problem! After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete new patient registration forms securely online. You can also check in early through the app by reviewing your health history, updating insurance, and confirming personal details.

See Your Provider

On the day of your appointment, simply join your video visit in the app or arrive in person at the office. With forms and check-in completed ahead of time, your provider can focus on what matters most — you.
